Rilven MCP server

Connect Claude and Codex to Rilven ERP

Rilven supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP), the open standard AI assistants use to work with other systems. Add one address to Claude or Codex, and the assistant can read your reports, find documents and, once you approve, make changes in Rilven — as you, with your rights, in your company only.

Connect in a minute

1

Claude

In Claude, open Settings → Connectors, choose "Add custom connector" and paste the server address. Claude opens Rilven: sign in, choose the company and press "Allow".

2

Codex

Add an MCP server with the same address in Codex. It opens Rilven in your browser, where you sign in and approve the connection the same way.

3

Claude Code and scripts

Create a key in the console: Rilva → "Connect to Rilven MCP" → "Generate key", and send it in the Authorization header. A key is read-only unless you tick "Allow changes".

claude mcp add --transport http rilven https://app.rilven.com/mcp \
  --header "Authorization: Bearer rmk_…"

You stay in control

Your rights, nothing more

The assistant acts as the employee who connected it: it sees only what that person sees, in one company. Managing users and roles needs a separate permission granted by your administrator.

Nothing changes without you

Every change is shown to you as a preview first and runs only after you confirm it. If the request changes in any way, you get a new preview.

Every action is recorded

Changes made through the assistant go to the audit trail under your name, exactly like changes made in the browser.

Switch it off at any time

Every connection appears in the console with the time it was last used. Revoke it, and the assistant loses access immediately.

Questions

What is MCP?

The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard that lets AI assistants connect to other systems and use their functions. Rilven runs an MCP server at https://app.rilven.com/mcp, so a compatible assistant can work with your ERP data directly.

Which AI assistants work with Rilven?

Claude, Claude Code and Codex. Claude and Codex connect by signing in to Rilven; Claude Code and your own scripts use a key created in the console.

Can the assistant change data in Rilven?

Only within your rights, and only after you confirm. Each change is shown as a preview first. A key can also be issued read-only, so the assistant can only read.

Can the assistant see other companies' data?

No. A connection belongs to one person in one company, chosen when you approve it, and it sees only what that person is allowed to see there.

How do I disconnect an assistant?

In the console, open Rilva → "Connect to Rilven MCP" and revoke the connection. The assistant stops working with Rilven immediately.

Try it on your own data

Sign in to the console and connect your assistant, or look around the demo first.
