What is the Rilven Portal?
A web portal at portal.rilven.com where your customers and suppliers work with you: customers order from your catalogue and see their balance and documents, suppliers receive your purchase orders, and both can share projects and tasks with your team. It is part of Rilven ERP and works on the same data.
How does a customer or supplier get access?
You invite them from Rilven CRM. They receive an email, set their password in Rilven ID and sign in to the portal.
What can a customer see?
Only their own: their prices, their orders, their balance and the documents issued to them. Never another customer's data, and never your exact stock levels — only whether an item is available.
Does an order from the portal go straight into Rilven?
Yes, as a draft. It becomes binding when your sales team confirms it, and from there it continues like any other order — to the waybill and the invoice.
Which languages is the portal in?
English, Georgian and Russian.
